The Hub and outreach provision at Meadows is a small provision located on the London Road site. Meadows' students who have been referred to this unit receive additional 1:1 support and bespoke interventions to enable them to access their education further and make progress towards their EHCP outcomes. The outreach team provide educational support, interventions and enrichment for students who are unable to attend school full-time.
