No Problem! Meadows staff rise to the challenge

Staff at Meadows School recently put their teamwork, creativity and communication skills to the test during a fantastic professional learning day with The Problem Solving Company.
Through a series of engaging and thought-provoking challenges, colleagues worked together to solve problems, think differently and strengthen the relationships that help make Meadows such a positive and supportive place to learn and work. The activities focused on collaboration, resilience and effective communication—skills that sit at the heart of both great teamwork and great teaching.
The day also provided an opportunity for staff to reflect on our shared purpose:
“We engage minds, enrich lives, and empower futures.”
As highlighted in our School Purpose statement, we believe in creating a nurturing community where everyone is empowered to embrace their unique journey. The challenges reminded us that, just like our students, we achieve the most when we work together, support one another and approach obstacles with curiosity and confidence.
A huge thank you to Liam and Imogen from The Problem Solving Company for an enjoyable and inspiring day that left us with plenty of ideas, smiles and strengthened connections across the Meadows team.
After all, when it comes to problem-solving at Meadows, every challenge is an opportunity to grow.
