During Careers Week at Meadows students enjoyed an energetic and inspiring session with Jamie McCloy from EMC Academy, a football coach who shared his experiences of coaching and playing at a high level.

Jamie showed videos of teams playing and travelling abroad, including fixtures in world-renowned stadiums, highlighting the excitement and opportunities within sports careers. He also discussed the benefits of teamwork, exercise, and dedication, showing how these skills transfer to everyday life and future careers.

Students took part in a training session, with engaging activities to warm up, practice skills, and played a game, giving them a hands-on experience of football coaching.
