As part of Careers Week, Melanie Crouch of Elevate Creates delivered a lively and inspiring session at Meadows School, shining a spotlight on the world of advertising, marketing, and creative entrepreneurship.

Crouch shared how she builds campaigns, works with apprentices, and uses creativity to help create stand out products. She spoke about the freedom and flexibility that come with running your own business, from choosing your projects to shaping your work–life balance. Students were especially interested in the perks of working for yourself, including independence, variety, and the chance to grow something uniquely your own.

Her energetic talk showed students the exciting possibilities of turning creative skills into a career—and left them feeling ready to think big, brand bold, and market themselves with confidence.
