Meadows Pupils Saddle Up Thanks to New Funding
Pupils at Meadows School have been enjoying horse-riding lessons after securing support from the Emile Faurie Foundation.
Founded in 2006 by Olympic dressage rider Emile Faurie, the Foundation aims to break down barriers to equestrian sport and show young people how exciting and rewarding it can be. To date, it has funded 26 projects and helped around 12,000 children discover the benefits of riding.
Meadows School is the latest to benefit, giving pupils a chance to build confidence, develop new skills and try something completely new. Schools and youth groups nationwide can apply to the Foundation for similar support.
